The class runs monthly and booking is essential for each class.
Machine Embroidery Workshop
17 November, 2018, 10am - 1pm
Are you using your embroidery machine to its full potential?
Have you used the ordinary functions and all the related feet to create original designs?
If the answer is no to either question why not join Sue to become confident when using your software and embroidery machine.
Each month you will learn new techniques and skills to create a new project.
Classes will have limited numbers to ensure you receive personal attention.
Weekly classes held on Monday to Friday

Join one of our weekly classes to learn, build or refine your patchwork and quilting skills. We have great friendly teachers who take pride in helping their students achieve success in their projects. Classes run during school terms on each weekday aswell as Monday and Tuesday nights. Places may be available on a casual basis by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Classes run every weekday and Monday and Tuesday evening.
Call or email us for classes with available space. Casual cost is $28. Full Term bookings receive a discount.
Maker Tote Saturday Class

This is one of our favourite bags to make and use. Perfect for use as a hand bag or craft bag.
NB: to make the most of the class, there is some prep work required before class.
Know Your Feet Class
7 December, 2018, 1.30pm - 4pm
Ever wondered what those feet that came with your Janome are for? Learn what they are for and how to use them. We will also have some demonstration of feet that can make sewing binding and accessories easier. Places are limited. Bookings Essential.
Freemotion Quilting Workshop
14 December, 2018, 1.30pm - 4pm
You will learn all the basics and the finer skills on how to do your own free motion quilting on a normal sewing machine. It’s not as hard or scary as you think! All it takes is Noell’s expert teaching on the theory and some practice!!

Trinket Box Class with Jemima Flendt
15 December, 2018, 10am - 4pm
Patchwork at Homespun in conjuction with Tied with a Ribbon are pleased to bring you The Trinket Box Workshop. During this workshop you will learn how to use Perspex templates (provided) to create a gorgeous cushion or quilt. Pattern and templates provided for two sizes. A light lunch will also be provided. Following is our booking and cancellation policy
50% deposit is required upon booking of a class or workshop. Due to costs associated with booking teachers and special guests, full refunds or transfer of fees to another class or workshop can only be offered up to 2 weeks prior to the class or workshop.
If cancellation is within 2 weeks of class or workshop, 50% of class or workshop fee will be retained.
If the class or workshop is cancelled by the shop, a full refund will be given.
Due to most classes being full, Term classes require a 50% deposit to confirm your place before the end of the previous term. The remaining 50% is due within the first week of term. This enables us to make available any vacant places for those on waiting lists.
These policies bring us in line with industry standards. We appreciate your understanding.
